Kepak's new loyalty programme called 'Food Alliance' is an exciting way of thanking customers for business and rewarding excellence in the foodservice industry

The Challenge

The target audience are business owners of Fast Food establishments, Deli's, Pubs etc. who purchase Kepak products via preferred distributors. This audience may be time poor and possibly not tech savvy so user experience and speed are the key focus areas. The website also needs to link with third party software to pull in users points balance and purchase history.

The Strategy

We worked closely with Kepak's marketing team to maintain brand guidelines and design a theme that is intuitive, appealing and delivers a great user experience. The core system was build on a wordpress platform with the custom theme and bespoke features developed by Dmac. The Redeem, Share and Play sections pull in prizes and points from third party software allowing a logged in user to spend points or check their balance.
