Cregal Art are a Galway based wholesale and retail company specialising in art, crafts, design and framing. Cregal Art have the largest art and crafts store in the west and one of the largest in Ireland. Dmac Media have been web partners with Cregal Art since 2015.

Cregal Art required a new bespoke ecommerce solution and redesign for their website to enable them to further grow online sales. With over 1000 specialist products and a wide range of categories and products, it was obvious that clear navigation and ease of use would be key. The ability for a customer to see accurate colour representations of paints was important to selling these online. Easy payment options and gift voucher options would also need to be incorporated into the revamp.

Over the years Dmac Media have worked with Cregal Art on numerous upgrades and revamps. We have a full appreciation of their online requirements. Their website is built on the Dmac eCommerce system and certain bespoke features including weight-based delivery, payment options, quotation system, a customised search function, unique product variations and custom content elements. Alongside some nifty, bright and cheery graphics this resulted in greater customer flexibility in the purchase process and a pleasant browsing experience.
