At Dmac we operate a support department for all our clients' technical issues. This gives you direct access to the support team who can deal with technical issues and queries efficiently and effectively. The support team can be contacted by email only.
Email support@dmacmedia.ie providing as much detail as possible. You will receive a ticket number as confirmation your request has been received and a team member will be in touch.
For mail accounts hosted by dmac media your incoming server setting should be mail.(domain name)
Check that your outgoing mail server setting is set to one provided by your Internet Service Provider(ISP). You can find an up to date list of the most common ISPs outgoing mail if you google 'Irish ISP outgoing server settings'
Use the forgot password link on the login page. An email will be sent out to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
