County Carlow Hospice

County Carlow Hospice is a well established local charity fully run by local volunteers and providing much needed support and fundraising for the palliative and end of life care provided by the Hospice Services in Carlow. The charity works tirelessly, with the full support of the local community, to deliver on their mission to establish comprehensive palliative care services for the people of Carlow within their local community.

The clients wished to create an informative website that outlines their current work, their history and their plans for the future. The brief was to create a fresh, bright informative site that would fully represent their ethos, their brand and their work. The website would need to feature an easy to use payment form online donations.

Dmac Media have designed a clean, modern website built on the Dmac CMS v4 platform. The design is light and fresh and the clear layout allows you to find the information easily. Following collaboration on a sitemap design, Dmac Media created a number of content pages using Carlow Hospice’s text, stock imagery and custom icons with an ease of functionality and a streamlined theme throughout .. An all important Testimonial module was added to showcase the appreciation for the charities work in an interactive way. A number of full screen galleries were added to break the website sections into logical sections and add to the design and ease of use.. Finally, a custom Stripe payment form was integrated that allows for donations in andan easy and secure way. This resulted in a modern and informative website that will serve County Carlow Hospice for many years to come.
