Mackintosh Rainwear Ltd & Francis Campelli, the chief designer, has been involved in the manufacture of Mackintoshes for over 35 years.
Francis was interested in developing his international brand by developing an ecommerce website. With a large european and aisan customer base it was important that the site have a translation feature as well as multiple currencies. Francis wanted to make re the style of the site did not clash with the classic look of the Mackintosh brand.
We developed this website with our standard ecommerce system which gives Francis the ability to manage his product range directly. We developed a custom currency manager to allow pricing to be displayed in the currency of the visitors choice. We also used a Google Translate widget to provide multiple translations of the website.
